The Plus A Century portfolio is a collection of multiple-plate prints depicting contemporary women in everyday situations. As a group, the pieces thematically and stylistically hearken to the work of Mary Cassatt of over a century ago, but include the objects and infrastructure of a modern American lifestyle. Each print attempts to use the relationship between figures and the environment with the hope of creating psychological portraits from everyday scenes.
